QUESTIONS WE HEAR MOST
No. Most people who join Hybrid Performance have never raced. The simulation is deliberately designed to be your first proper introduction to the format, with full coaching throughout.
It's a full HYROX race simulation — 8 stations, same order as competition, with coaching on movement standards and pacing. It's closer to a race day rehearsal than a fitness class.
You need to be able to move safely, but you don't need to be an athlete. Our coaches scale the session to your level. The goal is to experience HYROX, not to survive it.

Nothing unless you want it to. There's no automatic sign-up or sales call. After the session a coach will briefly talk through what membership or class options make sense for your goals — and only if you want that conversation.
Yes. Sessions are capped at 12 so slots are limited, but if you want to come with someone, fill in the form and mention it — we'll do our best to get you both in the same session.
