approach

speed

This is a workout we also call conditioning. Think light loading with lots of repetitions. <(box jumps, running, kettlebell swings etc.). We do these workouts to train for an athletic body. BUILD A BODY THAT CAN GET THINGS DONE. Lots of sweating, high heart rate.

Strength

This is a workout aimed at increasing maximum strength. Here it's hoot mainly about compound exercises that are highlighted. Very technical training with lots of weightlifting and little repetition.

This is a workout aimed at classic bodybuilding. Aim: muscle growth. repetitions between 8-15, lots of supersets etc. Sculpting the body.
